When making a booking request, kindly include the following:

We will respond within 24 hours to confirm your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

To provide fair access to all guests, please notify us of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled automatically.
